INFORMATION URBAN WELLNEST COLLECTS THROUGH THE SITE
To register on the Site, the User may fill out a registration form or enter through their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Google + account; in doing so, URBAN WELLNEST will obtain the following Personal Data (subject to the User's privacy settings in their public social media profile): full name, date of birth or age range, email address, gender, country and state, occupation, user ID, profile image, language, education and employment, likes and interests. URBAN WELLNEST will not collect sensitive data whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the Owner of the Personal Data. Data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions and sexual preference are considered sensitive.

ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION – ARCO RIGHTS
The User at any time may request URBAN WELLNEST to ACCESS, RECTIFY, CANCELL and OPPOSITE their Personal Data, for which they must follow the following procedure: The owner of the data must send their request for ARCO Rights by filling out the following form, to through which your request will be processed and followed up. Said request must contain the following information: full name of the holder and all the information that was requested to register, the email address with which he registered and through which the response to his request will be communicated, site in which registered, electronic copy of any document that proves your identity (voter's credential, valid passport, professional license), clear and precise description of the Personal Data of which you seek to exercise your rights, indicate the modifications to be made and/or the limitations to the use of the Data provided and any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data. URBAN WELLNEST will communicate within a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) business days from the date on which the request for ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION or OPPOSITION has been received, the decision adopted, so that, if it is appropriate , it becomes effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which a response to your request was given. In the case of requests for ACCESS to personal data, the delivery will proceed prior accreditation of the identity of the Holder or his legal representative, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. The requests will not be valid when: (1) the applicant is not the owner of the Personal Data or the legal representative is not duly accredited for it, (2) the Personal Data of the applicant is not found in the URBAN WELLNEST database. , (3) the rights of a third party are infringed, (4) there is a legal impediment or the resolution of a competent authority that restricts access to personal data, or does not allow their rectification, cancellation or opposition (5) when the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made. As a User of the Site, in this act you expressly authorize URBAN WELLNEST (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Site) to contact you via email and use or disclose, in the terms described, the information provided when registering on the place. In case of opposition, the User may do so automatically from any shipment received from URBAN WELLNEST by clicking on the link to unsubscribe (inserted at the bottom of the emails). By virtue of the foregoing, the user may oppose: (i) processing of their data, (ii) receiving information via email. In this case, your subscription will be canceled and your data will be removed from the Database to avoid contact of any kind.
